An audio walking guide for iPhone.
Start a walk, put your phone in your pocket, and NEAR tells you the story of the places around you as you reach them. When something catches your interest, just ask — out loud, without taking the phone out.
What it does
- Stories as you arrive. NEAR notices when you reach somewhere worth hearing about and starts talking.
- Ask anything. Interrupt the guide with a question the way you would a person, and it answers.
- Screen off, phone away. It works from your pocket, with a lock-screen control to pause or mute.
- Your interests, your language. Choose what you care about and the guide leans into it.
